The Halsey Taylor 8FS-2OUTSS vandal-proof stainless steel wall-mounted drinking fountain is one of our best-selling units. The high-quality non corrosive, one-piece stainless steel finish is easy to clean and comes with a lifetime guarantee making it an ideal purchase for schools, colleges and other public places. It is the only vandal-proof water cooler for sale in the United Kingdom to be fitted with indestructible bottle-filling taps. The machine can provide vast quantities of water on demand it also comes in an outdoor version.

To protect the machine from unwanted attention it is fitted to the wall using reinforced security brackets and concealed bolts and features tamper-proof screws on the service panels. This unit's hard-wearing reputation is cemented with the addition of chrome-plated, high tensile steel, bottle filling taps which are virtually indestructible.

This outdoor machine does not require an electrical supply, helping to reduce installation costs and making for a simpler installation, if chilled water is required a remote chiller can be added for an additional cost. The 8FS-2OUTSS complies fully with the Disabilities Act (Disabled Discrimination Act in the UK) and is designed to be easily accessible to the physically challenged. The push bar actuation mechanism is self-closing, and the bars feature raised lettering to assist the visually impaired, it also meets the stringent requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act.

The machine also features an automatic steam height regulator which has a self-closing assembly that resists corrosion and lime scale and provides a steady stream of drinking water even if the installation site is subject to high-pressure spikes ranging from 20 to 105 psi.

Once supplied as an option but now fitted as standard is the easy clean in-line strainer which traps and removes particles of 140 microns or larger prior to then entering the waterway, a range of optional filters are also available which will remove toxins, heavy metals, pesticides, odour and bad taste from the water supply.
