How to change the water flow on a drinking fountain swan neck tap

How to adjust the flow rate on MIW’s JFL-2 Swan Neck Tap.

1)  Firstly remove the water spout

2)  Then remove the black plastic lever

3)  Turn the brass nipple clockwise to reduce the water flow and anti-clockwise to increase the flow

4)  Reverse the fitting process to attach the removed items
