MIW Water Cooler Experts – Covid-19 Update – Wednesday 13th May 2020

Further to the most recent Government guidance, we are writing to provide our customers with an update. Our priority over recent weeks has been to “safely” provide a dedicated support to clients who’s roles involve ‘key workers’ and focusing on customers who provide critical services in the fight against Covid-19. We would like to thank everyone for their understanding over this period of reduced and targeted operations.

As of this week we have implemented revised ways of working so that we can return to a near full operational position and be able to offer bottled water and equipment deliveries to all clients. These special measures include, but are not limited to new issued government guidelines/procedures for all delivery, warehouse and logistics employees, including providing appropriate PPE.

Our administration and sales teams are combining restricted office work and remote working which has allowed staff to return to providing customer support during opening hours. Should you have any specific questions please do not hesitate to contact the team.
