Why is my bottled water supplier changing to Waterlogic from MIW?

Back in December 2021 MIW were acquired by Waterlogic, as part of the ongoing integration of the two businesses it is clear that bottled water coolers are better placed being maintained by Waterlogic using their extensive network of service centres.

What machines are affected by this change?

This change only affects your bottle water coolers, any point of use machines will remain with MIW. This means, going forward, if you have both types of machines you will have two separate water suppliers.

Will this affect my pricing or contract?

No, all pricing, terms and conditions, equipment, and service agreements that you have in place will all stay as they are now. However, please note that going forward Waterlogic GB Limited will be responsible for your bottled water coolers contract in place of MIW.

What if I have an issue with my water dispenser?

From Monday 20th of February please visit www.waterlogic.co.uk where there are many troubleshooting solutions available. We also have our experts available on Live Chat to help you straight away. If you would prefer to talk to one of our Customer Support team, please feel free to call on 0333 600 1845. We will always attempt to resolve the issue over Live chat or phone and we will arrange an engineer visit if required. In the interim please continue to contact MIW on 01207 572 000.

How frequently will my water dispenser have servicing carried out?

Your servicing schedule will remain the same with Waterlogic as it was with MIW.

How will I order water or cups going forward?

You will receive your login details for the Waterlogic online shop once you are live on the Waterlogic system, where you can order water and consumables at any time. Until then please continue to order water in your normal way.

Will I be able to keep the same water dispenser?

Yes, there will be no change to your equipment.

When will I receive future invoices from Waterlogic GB Limited?

Waterlogic GB Limited will send invoices in line with your current billing frequency, terms or monthly on the 15th of each month. Your first Waterlogic invoice will be issued on or around 15th March and billed in arrears for the previous month.

Who do I pay my outstanding invoice balances to?

If your invoice has been issued by MIW then this is still payable to MIW.

How can I make payment to Waterlogic GB Limited?

You can pay by BACS, direct debit, or credit card. Please call our Customer Support team 0333 600 1845 if you have any queries regarding payments. Please send any remittances to remittances@waterlogic.co.uk

I have raised historical Purchase Orders in the name of MIW and need you to complete supplier set up forms to get Waterlogic GB Limited set up in our system.

As Waterlogic is a separate entity we will not be able to bring across any historical purchase orders in the name of MIW. We will require you to raise a new purchase order to Waterlogic GB Ltd. If you require a new supplier set up form to be completed please send this request over to billing@waterlogic.co.uk
